Ethics and safety

Protection and truthfulness are part of the method.

CIMM Systems treats research integrity, participant welfare, privacy, accessibility, and honest evidence labeling as core design requirements.

01

Research integrity

Report evidence honestly, distinguish observation from interpretation, preserve contradictory results, correct material errors, and disclose relevant limitations.

02

Human protection

Research involving people must use appropriate consent, privacy protections, risk assessment, and qualified independent ethical review whenever required.

03

Safety by design

High-risk experiments require lawful conditions, competent supervision, documented hazards, stopping criteria, and safeguards proportionate to the risk.

04

Privacy and data

Collect only data needed for a defined purpose, limit access, document retention, and avoid publishing identifying information without appropriate authorization.

05

Accessible technology

Assistive systems should support—not replace—human judgment and should communicate uncertainty when incorrect guidance could cause harm.

06

Responsible claims

Exploratory concepts, simulations, prototypes, and validated findings are labeled distinctly. Commercial or scientific claims should not exceed the available evidence.

Oversight disclosure

Independent review must be real and documented.

CIMM Systems does not represent a study as IRB-approved, peer-reviewed, clinically validated, or independently replicated unless that status has been formally obtained and can be documented. Projects requiring institutional or regulatory oversight will not proceed under a claim of approval until the appropriate review is complete.
